Our consultants seek to employ executive leaders who are

consistent with our client's mission. It is required that the
candidate serve the mission to demonstrate proficiency in executive
leadership competencies. Our consultants are currently seeking
qualified candidates for a VP Market Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
position.General Summary
The Market CFO is responsible for planning and controlling all
financial activities for the organization while maintaining
compliance with overall policies. The Market CFO is the senior
executive for Finance responsible for their designated Market and
is the financial counselor/advisor for the organization. The CFO
plans, organizes, and administers the institution-wide program of
financial management reporting and managed care contracting to best
meet the strategic objectives of the organization. Actively
participates in outstanding customer service and accepts
responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally
respectful to all.Principal Duties And Job Responsibilities
This executive position is focused on driving strategy, operational
performance, and financial performance for both specific business
units & the entire finance and supply chain team for the designated
Market. Key responsibilities include:Plan, organize, and control
financial policies and processesDevelop and present operating and
capital budgets, financial statements, and reportsDevelop,
implement, and adhere to all accounting internal control policies
and proceduresCreate or monitor all contract negotiationsAssure
insurance protectionCoordinate risk management/limit liability
claims and lawsuitsControl reimbursement process, including credit
and collectionConstruct annual reportParticipate in strategic
planning for organizationTake part in employment and performance
review of finance employeesContribute to the position control
processMaintain relations with financial consultantsSupport and
enable Corporate ComplianceKnowledge And Skills RequiredConstantly

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
REQUIRED:Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration,
finance, healthcare administration, or a related fieldMinimum 5
years in healthcare finance, with exposure to multiple
areasEducation, Experience And Licensure PreferredMaster's degree
in business administration, finance, accounting or a related
fieldTen (10) years in a senior financial management
positionCPA
