Customer Engagement: Build rapport with inbound callers to
understand and address their insurance needs, providing tailored
solutions. Policy Preparation: Prepare insurance quotes, advise
customers on coverage options, and convert quotes into active

a single cold call. Pay Transparency: The starting salary for a
Sales Representative is between $25 .31 per hour/$51,000 annually
and $34 .24 per hour/$69,000 annually. Sign-On Bonuses: $1,500 for
active P ersonal L ines I nsurance license holders. Evening Shift
Differentials: Earn a 10% pay differential for eligible shifts.
Incentives and Recognition : Hybrid role: Training 100% in-office;
post training 4 days a week in office and work from home 1 day a
week Sales associates are also eligible to participate in a
performance driven incentive compensation plan in which top
performers can earn up to $60,000 annually. Additional Perks:

For: Minimum Requirements High School Diploma (or equivalent) and
minimum 2 years of customer facing work experience Or Associates
Degree and minimum 1 year of customer facing work experience Or
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 3 months of customer - facing
experience Skills: A passion for delivering outstanding customer
experiences to build trust, retain customers, and drive policy
sales. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Problem-solving ability and adaptability in a fast-paced
environment Enthusiasm for learning and applying new skills
Computer proficiency , including familiarity with Microsoft Office
Suite. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings,
