Hawx Pest Control is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a leader in pest management services across multiple states, we pride ourselves on bringing innovative and environmentally responsible solutions to our customers. As an integral part of our sales team, you will help expand our clientele and maintain our reputation as a leader in the pest control industry, ensuring a safer environment through state-of-the-art pest management services. Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company. Conduct on-site assessments at residential or commercial properties to analyze pest control needs. Prepare and deliver sales presentations that outline our unique services and their benefits. Stay knowledgeable on the latest industry trends and the company's product offerings. Collaborate with the service team to ensure contracted services meet customer expectations. Manage customer relationships and provide superb customer service, resolving issues as necessary. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to negotiate and close deals. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office. Understanding of sales performance metrics. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP) certification is advantageous. State-specific pest control licensing may be required or beneficial.
