Solutions team plays a key role in this mission by supporting
owners through every stage of their ownership journey, from
engagement and education to resale and transition services.
Position Summary We're looking for a personable, motivated, and
solution-oriented Owner Solution Sales Representative to join our
growing team. This role will be responsible for handling both
inbound and outbound communications with timeshare owners,
primarily focused on addressing feedback, answering questions, and
supporting resale and exit solutions. The ideal candidate is a
skilled communicator with a customer-first mindset and a drive to
help owners find the best solution for their needs—whether that's
staying engaged with their ownership or transitioning out. Key
Responsibilities - Handle inbound phone calls and emails from
owners with questions, concerns, or feedback related to their
ownership experience. - Proactively conduct outbound calls and
emails to follow up on inquiries, provide information, or present
Vacatia's resale solutions. - Educate owners on available options
including resale assistance, rental programs, transition support,
and owner benefits. - Identify opportunities to provide added
value, resolve pain points, and promote Vacatia's services in a
consultative manner. - Maintain accurate records of all
communications and interactions in CRM systems. - Collaborate with
internal departments such as Resort Operations, Marketing, and
Product to escalate issues or enhance the owner experience. -
Continuously stay informed on product offerings, resale trends, and
timeshare market dynamics to provide expert guidance to owners.
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service, sales,
or account management role—preferably in real estate, hospitality,
or vacation ownership. - Strong communication skills, both verbal
and written, with a warm and professional tone. - Comfortable
managing both inbound and outbound outreach. - Empathetic listener
and persuasive communicator with a consultative approach to sales
and support. - Self-motivated and organized with strong follow-up
and multitasking abilities. - Familiarity with CRM platforms such
as Salesforce is a plus. - A genuine interest in helping people and
improving their experience with vacation ownership. VAC
