Summary: SafeTouch Security's Inside Sales Representatives work
onsite at our headquarters in Jacksonville to develop new leads by
communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and
ensuring a smooth sales process. The Inside Sales Representatives
generate revenue by understanding customers' security system needs,
providing the appropriate product information, and making the
sale.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through lead follow-up via
inbound phone calls, web leads, customer referrals, marketing
leads, and online chats.
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers to
introduce our products/services and identify sales
opportunities.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of SafeTouch's
residential and commercial security products and service
offerings.
- Use consultative selling approaches to understand customer
needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing
to prospective customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs while
maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Convert qualified leads into appointments for the field sales
team or close deals directly when appropriate.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand
their needs and preferences.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Develop and maintain close working relationships with our
outside sales team to build SafeTouch Security's sales pipeline and
close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and customer
activities.
- Contribute to team meetings with insights and customer
feedback.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on
product updates and sales techniques.
- Perform additional duties as required to support business
needs.Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Inside sales or related experience.
- Work onsite at SafeTouch Security's Jacksonville
headquarters.
- Able to meet or exceed sales targets. Proven track records are
preferred.
- Solid computer applications skills with MS Office. Experience
with Salesforce is a plus.
- Develop a thorough understanding of products to be sold within
the first 30 days of employment.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, proven ability to build
and maintain relationships with clients.
- Strong phone presence, excellent verbal and written
communication skills, effective listening abilities, and pleasantly
persistent.
- Efficient time management skills with proven ability to
multitask, organized with attention to detail.
- Competitive team player.
- Pass drug screening and background requirements.
- Bilingual is a plus.Physical Requirements:
- Remain stationary at a desk, standing, and moving from place to
place for prolonged periods.
- Occasionally move light objects.
- Observe details at close range.
- Take notes, operate technology, and present information.
- Read documents and presentations using electronic devices and
hard copy materials while interacting with others.
- Exchange accurate information in person, over the phone, in
writing, and electronically.
- Communicate clearly and articulately during interpersonal
interactions so others will understand. Job Type: Full-time,
non-exemptWork/Base Location: Jacksonville CorporateWork
Hours/Availability: Hours of operation are Monday through Thursday
8 am - 7 pm, Friday 8 am - 5 pm, and Saturday 9 am - 2 pm. Must be
able to work an 8-hour shift Monday through Friday; Saturdays
rotationally. These hours are subject to change due to business
needs. Travel: NoPay Range: $16.00 - 18.00 per hour + monthly KPI
incentives. Target earnings potential is $64k.Benefits:
