Administrator to be the vital link between our customers and our
Service Department. If you enjoy keeping operations running
smoothly, solving problems, and providing top-tier support, this

What You'll DoAs a Service Administrator, you'll be a key player in
supporting the daily operations of our Service Department. Your
responsibilities will span across customer service, job scheduling,
work order management, and coordination of shop and field service
activities.Key Responsibilities:
- Be the friendly voice our customers hear first-answering calls,
assisting with service inquiries, and guiding them through the
repair process
- Open and close work orders accurately and efficiently to keep
service operations on track
- Assist with planning and scheduling repair jobs and service
appointments
- Support pre-delivery and reconditioning processes for new and
used equipment
- Work closely with the Service Manager to quote repairs and
coordinate labor and parts needs
- Help manage field service logistics and coordinate equipment
pickups and deliveries
- Step up as the go-to leader in the shop when the Service
Manager is away

Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Office-based role with regular use of computers and phones
- Expect occasional interruptions and a need to shift
priorities
- May occasionally lift or move items up to 50 lbs
- Some outdoor work may be required (walking, bending, crouching,

Required education and experience
- High School diploma
- Compact and heavy equipment experience or two years of
mechanical experience as a service technician, heavy equipment
industry or similar experience
- Intermediate computer skills and familiarity with Windows
applications
- Willingness and ability to quickly learn software systems
- Ability to interpret a variety of instruction either written,
oral, diagram or schedule form Please note this job description is
