Administrator to be the vital link between our customers and our
Service Department. If you enjoy keeping operations running

could be the role for you!What You'll DoAs a Service Administrator,
you'll be a key player in supporting the daily operations of our
Service Department. Your responsibilities will span across customer
service, job scheduling, work order management, and coordination of
shop and field service activities.Key Responsibilities:Be the
friendly voice our customers hear first-answering calls, assisting
with service inquiries, and guiding them through the repair
processOpen and close work orders accurately and efficiently to
keep service operations on trackAssist with planning and scheduling
repair jobs and service appointmentsSupport pre-delivery and
reconditioning processes for new and used equipmentWork closely
with the Service Manager to quote repairs and coordinate labor and
parts needsHelp manage field service logistics and coordinate
equipment pickups and deliveriesStep up as the go-to leader in the
shop when the Service Manager is away--What We're Looking ForStrong

customer service and strong attention to detailSomeone who enjoys
and thrive in a fast-paced workday--Experience in a service
department, automotive, or heavy equipment setting a

team--Work Environment & Physical DemandsOffice-based role with
regular use of computers and phonesExpect occasional interruptions
and a need to shift prioritiesMay occasionally lift or move items
up to 50 lbsSome outdoor work may be required (walking, bending,

experience or two years of mechanical experience as a service

applicationsWillingness and ability to quickly learn software
systemsAbility to interpret a variety of instruction either
