Job Description:
The IT Business Partner - Sales and Distribution (Order to Cash)
role is the face of IT to these functions and is responsible for
coordinating & leading the business through process design and
implementation of technology solutions, in partnership with Project
Management Office and IT service delivery teams. The IT Business
Partner role is responsible for understanding the business
strategy, business demand, and ensuring effective delivery of
solutions working in close collaboration with IT delivery
teams.This position is not eligible for employer based visa
sponsorship.Responsibilities:
- Contribute to strategic business planning process: Effectively
participate in the Business IT portfolio prioritization process and
ensure IT-business alignment through effective execution of the
demand management process.
- Understand the goals, strategy, roadmap, and processes of the
business. Assist with the development of IT programs that are
directly aligned to business strategic imperatives and have
appropriate business sponsorship.
- Develop and manage relationships with Business leaders at
various levels of business organization. Act as a trusted
advisor/liaison between the business and IT.
- In conjunction with the finance partners and business process
architects, assist in the development of value/business case and
follow through to ensure benefits realization. Monitor, understand,
and seek to influence the status of all major projects/programs in
the Business area.
- Be a proactive leader by monitoring trends, identifying
potential process improvements, understanding and education on new
technologies, impacting the Business group by driving
transformational change using IT solutions.
- Create clear problem definition, scope, requirements. Identify
ways to logically combine initiatives to create more value/reduce
separate efforts, lead the solutioning process and collaborate with
other IT teams to deliver the solutions.
- Lead proof of concepts across the business to evaluate new
technologies and their ability to add value.
- Drive adoption of standard processes and products in the
business to achieve stated business goals.Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field to the area of
responsibility.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.Preferred Experience:
- Configuring and implementing Sales and Distribution (SD) and
Materials Management (MM) modules of SAP (S/4HANA preferred).
- Strong and broad domain knowledge and experience in a
manufacturing and a public company setting.
- Robust understanding of processes for a Medical Devices
Manufacturing company at a very detailed level.
- Strong problem-solving skills with focus on customer
deliverables and best practices.
- Experience implementing SAP RISE for S/4HANA Private Cloud
Edition as a stream leader.
- Familiarity with other adjacent modules of SAP is a plus.
- Experience with FDA CFR Part 11 validation, SOX and ITGCs.
- 0-20% travel.Disclosure: As required by applicable law, the
annual salary range for position is $104,134 - $163,640. The actual
compensation may vary based on geographic location, work
experience, education and skill level. The salary range is CONMED's
