*Shift Options:* Day, Evening, Night (10 & 12-hour shifts available)

*Position Overview*

As a *Certified Surgical Technician*, you will play an essential role in delivering high-quality surgical care, working directly under the supervision of experienced RNs and surgeons. You'll have the opportunity to engage in diverse cases including *orthopedic, neurosurgical, vascular, and robotic-assisted procedures*.

*Key Responsibilities*
* Perform scrub duties for a wide range of surgical specialties
* Maintain strict adherence to sterile technique protocols
* Prepare, organize, and pass instruments during procedures
* Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
* Support patient care initiatives pre-, intra-, and post-operatively

*Preferred Experience*
* Minimum *2 years of CST **experience* strongly preferred
* Prior experience in *acute care surgical settings* (1+ years)
* Familiarity with *Ortho, Neuro, Vascular, and Robotic surgery* is highly desirable

*Required Qualifications*
* Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) - Certification *must be in hand*
* Completion of an accredited vocational or technical surgical tech program
* Basic Life Support (BLS) - required within 30 days of hire
* Open to candidates without acute care experience, if otherwise qualified

*Shift Details*
* *Days:* 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM or 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM
* *Evenings:* 10:30 AM - 9:00 PM or 10:30 AM - 11:00 PM
* *On-Call Rotation:* Equally shared, must be at the facility within 30 minutes when called in (regardless of home location)

*Compensation & Incentives*
* *Base Pay Range:* $22.66 - $32.86/hr (based on experience)
* *Sign-On Bonus:* upto $15,000
* *Shift Differentials:*
* Nights: +$3.25/hr
* Evenings: +$2.00/hr
* Weekends: +$2.00/hr
* On-Call Pay: $4.00/hr + time-and-a-half if called in
