Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an RN Wound Care
candidate will share our heartfelt approach to caring for the adult
residents of our community.
The Wound Care
Nurse will provide monitoring of existing pressure ulcers, with
recommendations for treatment changes in the absence of
improvement. They will Recommend and implement preventative
interventions to prevent skin breakdown for immobile and inactive
in accordance with state and federal regulations. They will direct
and supervise the restorative needs of all residents, in
cooperation with the Rehab Director and Director of Nursing, for
the purpose of preventing decline and maintain the highest
practicable level of functioning.
Must be a
Registered Nurse with license in good standing, with previous
hospital, long-term care and restorative or wound care

years of age
