Work Hours/Shift: Full Time 40 Hours Per Week You Will Be
Responsible For: PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

What You Will Need: KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
· Completion of validation skills · Knowledge of sterile
technique, instrumentation, equipment, and sterile field set-up
· Knowledge of sterilization techniques · Must be able to read,
write and speak conversational English
· Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS PREFERRED:
Organization, promoting, and conducting relative In-services on
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
School Graduate/ GED
Successful Completion of accredited Surgical Technology program
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
· AS in
· Three years’ experience as a CST
· Conducts four in-services per calendar year
· Takes turn at role of CST Representative in
unit shared governance
LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:
Certified Surgical Technician
· Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
