Job Description Job Description Job Summary We are hiring a Truck Driver to support operations for a specialized trucking fleet, including knuckleboom trucks, lowboy trailers, and related heavy equipment. This role is primarily field-based and requires a strong understanding of safe driving practices, load securement, and jobsite coordination. This is a working driver position focused on execution, reliability, and operational awareness. Key Responsibilities Operate knuckleboom trucks, lowboys, and other specialty equipment as assigned Safely transport materials and equipment to and from job sites Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues promptly Secure loads in compliance with weight limits and safety regulations Coordinate with the Fleet Manager on routing, scheduling, and job requirements Support equipment positioning, pickups, and deliveries Follow all DOT, safety, and company operating procedures Maintain basic driving logs and required compliance documentation Required Qualifications Valid CDL Class A Clean driving record and ability to pass an MVR check Experience operating heavy or specialized trucks Strong safety awareness and attention to detail Ability to work independently and respond to changing schedules Willingness to travel and handle occasional after-hours or last-minute assignments Preferred Qualifications Experience with knuckleboom or lowboy operations Oversize / overweight load experience Familiarity with jobsite environments and construction coordination Basic mechanical awareness of trucks, trailers, and hydraulic systems Experience working with small fleets or startup operations Compensation Compensation is competitive and based on experience, equipment knowledge, and demonstrated reliability.
