Digital Health & Health Care Regulatory Associate (4–6 Years) Jacksonville, FL | Hybrid AmLaw 50 Firm | Lifestyle Platform An AmLaw 50 law firm is seeking a mid- to senior-level associate to join its Health Care practice with a focus on digital health, telemedicine, and regulatory matters in Jacksonville. This role is well-suited for an attorney with experience advising health care clients on complex regulatory and transactional matters who is interested in working at the forefront of health innovation within a nationally recognized, lifestyle-oriented platform. The Role The associate will work closely with partners and senior attorneys on a range of health care regulatory and transactional matters, with a particular focus on telemedicine and digital health. The practice includes advising clients on federal and state regulatory frameworks, supporting health care transactions, and counseling clients across the digital health ecosystem—from early-stage companies to large national organizations. The role offers meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to work on cutting-edge issues involving health innovation, technology, and regulatory compliance. Ideal Background 4–6 years of health care regulatory and transactional experience (up to 8 years considered) Strong knowledge of federal and state health care regulatory frameworks Experience advising health care clients on transactional and compliance matters Exposure to telemedicine, digital health, or health innovation preferred Strong drafting, analytical, and project-management skills Ability to manage complex matters and interact directly with clients Admitted in Florida or eligible to waive in Why This Opportunity Leading Health Care practice within an AmLaw 50 platform Focus on digital health, telemedicine, and emerging regulatory issues Lifestyle-oriented firm with strong deal flow and manageable expectations Collaborative team structure with direct partner and client access Hybrid flexibility in the Jacksonville office Compensation range: $290,000 – $390,000 depending on experience and qualifications Confidential Inquiries All inquiries will be handled with strict confidentiality.
