Litigation Attorney – Construction & General Liability Location: Jacksonville, FL About the Firm: A well-respected Jacksonville-based firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its growing team. Known for its strong trial reputation, collaborative environment, and consistent client results, the firm focuses heavily on construction defect and general liability matters. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigator looking to take on a lead role in a busy and sophisticated practice. Position Overview: The ideal candidate will have several years of litigation experience with the ability to first-chair trials, handle depositions and mediations independently, and contribute meaningfully to complex case strategy. Plaintiff-side experience is strongly preferred, and familiarity with construction defect litigation is a significant plus.
