Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Float Pool RN Medical Surgical to join our team! You will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of assigned patients. Shifts: Days: 7a-7p(Rotating weekends) Nights: 7p-7a (Rotating weekends) Qualifications: NEEDS TO BE COMFORTABLE WITH A 7:1 NURSE TO PATIENT RATIO. 1 year of recent (within the last year) acute care Med-Surg RN experience Required *Needs to be flexible on floating to multiple units *ONLY MED-SURG EXPERIENCE IS ACCEPTABLE & CANDIDATES MUST BE CURRENTLY WORKING IN THE MED-SURG. Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation. Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing. Nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred. Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date. AHCA Level 2 background screen and fingerprinting required.
