Job Description Core Medical Group is seeking a travel nurse RN
Hospice for a travel nursing job in Ocala, Florida. Job Description
& Requirements - Specialty: Hospice - Discipline: RN - Start Date:
ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 24 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours -
Employment Type: Travel 24 hours per week every weekend 8am-8pm

Submissions will not go out without it. Start dates 3-5 weeks out
only. Nothing sooner or later. Docs are due 10 days prior to the
start date - therefore, no quick starts. HCHB experience must be
outlined on the profile - required Do not submit your clinician
unless you have first emailed AE the following… (please don't make
me chase it) Driver License - (Address must match the state of the
license they will be working off of…at the time of submission) BLS
card - must be ARC (American Red Cross) or AHA (American Heart
Association). They will not accept anything else. THC confirmation
- Empath will only allow Medical cards from the state of Florida,
no other states. Please confirm the clinician does not have an
issue with this. Overall-DS policy - If a drug screen is negative
dilute, a clinician only has 24 hours to retake the second drug
screen. Failure to retest in the 24-hour timeframe will result in
an assignment cancellation. In the event of a second negative
dilute, a modified hair sample drug screen must be completed within
24 hours of the second drug screen results or the assignment will
be cancelled. Availability, by day, for the next 2 weeks out as we
have to put this on the coversheet Example - Monday - 9am-11am EST
Tuesday - 1pm-3pm EST Wednesday - anytime. Off all day Thursday -
