Job Description Pediatrician Deltona, Florida We’re hiring a
Pediatrician who wants a rewarding outpatient career with a
balanced schedule, strong support, and opportunities to make a
meaningful impact on children and families. You’ll step into a
primary care role focused on a pediatric population, delivering
comprehensive care from infancy through adolescence. You’ll provide
preventive care, patient education, and collaborate with your care
team to assess, plan, and implement patient care, with full support
from staff and leadership. You’ll practice in Deltona, Florida, a
welcoming city centrally located in Volusia County, with
family-friendly neighborhoods, abundant parks, and strong schools,
while enjoying convenient access to Orlando, Daytona Beach,
pristine beaches, and outdoor recreation. Why this role is
compelling • Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM
– 12:00 PM • 1 hour per day dedicated to administrative
responsibilities • 20–25 patients per day (15-minute visits) • High
autonomy with a supportive care team • Competitive pay range:
$200,000 – $235,000/year based on experience • Opportunity for
student loan repayment and CME support • Use of EMR in a
collaborative, multidisciplinary environment What makes you a great

accredited medical school and active Florida medical license
Compensation & Benefits • Salary: $200,000 – $235,000/year based on
experience • Health Insurance: Employer pays 75% (Employee:
$66.19–$151.86 biweekly) • Dental & Vision: 100% covered • Life
Insurance: Employer-paid • Long-Term Disability: Employer-paid •
Retirement: 403(b) with 3% match • Paid Time Off: 12 days annually
