is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 6 months of recent
experience for a day shift travel assignment. Details - Work in a
hospital-based Physical Therapy department - 12-hour day shifts
from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM - Assignment length is approximately 14
weeks Requirements - Minimum 6 months of Physical Therapy
experience within the last 6 months required - Active state license
required if applicable - Must have no gaps in work history equaling
90 days or more in the past 12 months - US Social Security Number
and date of birth required for consideration Additional Information
- Responsibilities include delivering physical therapy services in
a hospital setting - Assignment does not accept Canadian Social
Security Numbers - No certifications should expire within the first
