The pay range listed in this job ad is what current employees (Registered Interns) make annually. Licensed pay is higher. Compensation: $49,600 - $63,000 yearly Responsibilities: Provide compassionate and effective counseling services to clients, ensuring their mental health needs are met with care and professionalism. Develop personalized treatment plans that empower clients to achieve their mental health goals and improve their overall well-being. Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a supportive environment where clients feel heard and valued. Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals to enhance client care and share best practices. Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards. Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on the latest therapeutic techniques and industry trends. Participate in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness about mental health and promote our services within the Tampa Bay area. We have over 40 full-time, W-2 employed counselors working Monday–Friday with no evenings or weekends. Our clinic-based model emphasizes collaboration, support, and clinical excellence. Our environment is very social and collaborative.
