and verify physician medication orders - Dispense and compound
medications accurately - Monitor drug therapies for safety and
effectiveness - Collaborate with physicians and nursing teams -
Ensure compliance with hospital and state pharmacy regulations -
Provide clinical consultation as needed during night shift coverage
Requirements - Active Florida Pharmacist License – Required -
Minimum 2 years of hospital pharmacist experience – Required -
Ability to work independent night coverage - Strong communication
