Job Description Carrousel Therapy Center Corporation is a outpatient behavioral health clinic offering psychiatric services, counseling services, targeted case management, and psychosocial rehabilitation services for the pediatric and adult community. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mental Health Counselor at Carrousel Therapy Center and Behavioral Services, located in Kissimmee, FL. The counselor will provide mental health support through assessment, diagnosis, and therapy sessions tailored to client needs. Responsibilities include developing personalized treatment plans, conducting counseling sessions (including individual and relationship counseling), managing case records, and consulting with fellow professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients. Qualifications Proficiency in Treatment Planning and Case Management to provide tailored, effective care for clients. Strong knowledge of Mental Health and Psychology to assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of conditions. Experience in Relationship Counseling to support clients in improving interpersonal and family dynamics. Excellent communication, empathy, and active listening skills to foster a supportive therapeutic environment. Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field required; appropriate licensure or certification is also necessary. Preferred Bilingual Therapist
