Job Description Job Description Job Title: CVICU Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Ocala, FL Schedule: Days or Nights (Rotating Weekends Required) Compensation: $32–$48/hour (based on experience) Night Differential: $4.25/hour Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (Days) | $15,000 (Nights) Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case basis Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, 401(k) with employer match, tuition assistance Position Overview A leading healthcare organization is seeking experienced Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a high-performing team at a 323-bed acute care facility designated as a Level I Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center. This role involves providing advanced, high-acuity cardiovascular critical care, including ventilator management and complex cardiac case support, in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver specialized CVICU nursing care, including ventilator management and vasoactive drip titration Monitor and manage high-acuity cardiovascular patients Advocate for patients and families, ensuring privacy, dignity, and confidentiality Educate patients and families regarding medications, procedures, and discharge instructions Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams in a trauma and stroke-certified setting Qualifications Minimum 1 year of recent acute care ICU RN experience (within the past 2–3 years) required 2 years of PCU experience may be considered Active Florida RN license (Compact license accepted; must obtain FL license within 60 days if needed) Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred AHA BLS certification required within 30 days of hire AHA ACLS certification required within 90 days of hire For more details contact at hdavda@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
