Job Description Job Description Job Title: Pain Management Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner Location: Tampa Bay Area, FL (St. Petersburg, New Port Richey, Spring Hill) Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Sign-On Bonus: Offered On- Call/Hospital/Weekend Hours: None Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with a background in Interventional Pain Management, Orthopedics, or Neurosurgery. The role is based in a well-established outpatient clinic with an AHCA-approved surgical center, focused on chronic pain management and reducing opioid dependency. Key Responsibilities: Assess and manage patients with chronic pain conditions Demonstrate strong understanding of neuroanatomy, musculoskeletal, neuropathic, and sympathetic-mediated pain Perform and manage interventional procedures including epidurals, radiofrequency ablation (RFA), spinal cord and peripheral nerve implants, sacroiliac joint fusion, and joint injections Take comprehensive patient histories and document according to CMS guidelines Collaborate with fellowship-trained pain specialists and a multidisciplinary team including an in-house pain psychologist Qualifications & Requirements: Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program Minimum 5 years of experience in Pain Management, Orthopedics, or Neurosurgery Active Florida medical license Strong clinical documentation and assessment skills Letter of recommendation required Benefits: Competitive compensation commensurate with experience Medical malpractice coverage Company-paid health insurance (80%) Optional dental, vision, and ancillary plans Paid holidays and vacation 401(k) plan participation after eligibility period Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
