career. Location: This position is based in Jacksonville, FL
serving patients on the Westside and Orange Park, FL Your Role as a
Mobile Medical Nurse Practitioner: As a Nurse Practitioner with
Mobile Medical, you will provide in-home medical care and
evaluations to patients, ensuring they receive the attention and
treatment they need to improve their health and well-being. Key
Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations and
provide in-home patient care. Examine patients and review medical
histories. Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as blood work
and X-rays. Diagnose health conditions and recommend appropriate
treatments for chronic and acute conditions. Prescribe medications
and educate patients and their families on diseases, prevention,
and overall health management. Collaborate with interdisciplinary
teams to ensure seamless care coordination. Qualifications:
Master’s degree from an Adult, Family, or Geriatric Nurse
Practitioner program Current National Board Certification Active
Florida APRN license Wound Care Certification Professional
liability insurance Valid driver’s license, reliable
transportation, and auto insurance Willingness to travel within the
assigned territory Preferred Skills and Experience: Proven
experience as a Nurse Practitioner in clinical settings such as a
medical clinic, hospital, or ER. Expertise in primary, acute, and
chronic care practices. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations
and evidence-based care practices. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with patients. Why
