Assess and treat patients with breathing disorders and recommend therapeutic interventions. Administer and manage oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, and other respiratory treatments. Monitor patient responses to therapy and modify treatments accordingly. Educate patients and families on treatments, interventions, and preventative measures. Maintain patient charts with therapy information and ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures. Collaborate with healthcare team members to tailor respiratory therapies based on patient needs. Proficiency in the use of respiratory care equipment and technology Strong analytical skills to assess patient conditions and implement appropriate treatments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) Valid state license as a Respiratory Care Practitioner CPR certification required
