Job Title: Teletherapy Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (Gainesville, Virginia Only) At our organization, you are not merely an employee; you are a cherished teammate ! We are looking for a compassionate, patient, and tech-savvy Speech Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to join our team in delivering exceptional teletherapy services. You will work with children from birth to twenty-one, creating individualized treatment plans that empower both clients and their families. Key Responsibilities: Provide speech and language therapy services through teletherapy platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams). Deliver personalized, one-on-one attention and tailored care plans. Assist clients and families with technical issues and promote caregiver involvement. Collaborate with professionals in physical therapy, occupational therapy, and ABA to ensure comprehensive care. Maintain a patient-centered approach with manageable caseloads and a focus on outcomes. Commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week, with availability between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM EST. Qualifications: Master’s, doctoral, or another recognized post-baccalaureate degree in Speech Language Pathology from an ASHA accredited institution. CCC-SLP certification (Note: The Gainesville, Virginia Telehealth SLP position cannot accommodate C-SLPAs or CFYs at this time). Current or pending licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in at least one state; multi-state licensure is preferred. Commitment to achieving exceptional patient outcomes and delivering high-quality care. Preferred Experience: Licensed or willing to obtain licensure in Virginia.
