Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Charge RN Med
Surg - $15K Sign On to join our team! You will be responsible for
the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of assigned patients.
Schedule Full-time • Days and Nights (Rotating Weekends) Job
Summary As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for
delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in line with the
requirements of the department and the standards of practice for
the relevant state and specialty. Collaborating with medical
providers and the care team, you will provide personalized,
comprehensive, and compassionate care, following established
nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." You
will also act as an advocate for patients, families, and
caregivers, embodying the organization's vision, mission, and
values to ensure an outstanding patient experience and positive
clinical outcomes. Qualifications: 1 year of acute care experience
required. MUST HAVE 1 year of RN CHARGE experience preferability in
the hospital setting. Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained
within 30 days of employment start date. (RN) Registered Nurse FL /
Compact license. Associate Degree. WILL CONSIDER LTACH, HOMEHEALTH,
REHAB CANDIDATES. Night differential: $4.75 Weekend differentials:
$3.00/hr; National Certification- $2:00 RELO: ON A CASE BY CASE
