Job Summary and Qualifications We are seeking a dynamic Radiology Tech to join our team. Your primary function is performing x-rays on patients. You will also triage patients and provide other patient care services. You will work with a phenomenal team that cares like family and works together in a collaborative manner. In this role you will: - Perform accurate X-Rays as ordered by the Provider while practicing radiation safety precautions to include ALARA. - Prepare and transmit images to the Radiologist for over-read. - Room patients to include taking and recording vital signs and patient history. - Assist patients and providers as needed with walking, transfer, specimen collection, exam prep, etc. - Maintains cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies. - Transports patients as needed. What qualifications you will need: - Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date - Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology. - Must be accredited by ARRT - Must be licensed by the state of Florida - Two years of clinical experience in related field preferred Opportunities for Growth We offer accelerated development programs to support colleagues with career advancement into both CT and MRI.
