Job Summary and Qualifications Performs duties directly involved in a variety of technical procedures applying ultrasound for the purpose of detecting pathology. Operates the ultrasound equipment and develops the ultrasound films to form a permanent record of the examination. Uses sterile techniques with all procedures that require them and assists the radiologist in all procedures that require physicians’ presence. What qualifications you will need: Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date Vocational School Graduate Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, or Registered Vascular Technician (RVT), or Ultrasonographer, or Registered Vascular Specialist is required 1-3 years of experience is needed Advanced Imaging Centers has proudly served the community since 1991.
