Your Role and Responsibilities: --- Manage inventory and procurement of skills laboratory supplies. --- Oversee maintenance and repair of laboratory equipment. --- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing on equipment acquisition plans. --- Develop and execute simulation experiences aligned with curriculum objectives. --- Train faculty on simulation curriculum and operations. --- Provide remediation and practice sessions for student laboratory skills. --- Evaluate student progress and maintain records. --- Create a positive and professional learning environment. --- Chair the campus Simulation Committee and participate in organization-wide committees. --- Assume teaching assignments and contribute to graduation ceremonies. --- Maintain lab and classroom organization and orderliness. Your Qualifications: --- Associates degree in nursing; BSN and MSN strongly preferred. --- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience. --- Active RN license to practice professional nursing in state of employment. --- National Simulation Certification, preferred. --- Must meet approval of the Board of Nursing to hold the position. --- Must meet all regulatory and corporate qualifications. --- Previous experience teaching nursing students preferred. --- Sim's experience preferred Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 3 - 5 years Salary: $41 - $42 Hourly Bonus/Commission: No
