We're technology-driven, innovative, entrepreneurial, and inclusive!YOUR MISSIONIn this role, you will influence the division strategy as part of the management team while overseeing the execution within the Supply Chain and Operations organization for Rotary Drilling, driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless product delivery to customers while optimizing operations, developing supplier partnerships, and leading teams to deliver measurable business results.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipParticipate in Division's strategy development and lead implementation within Supply Chain functionMonitor Division-level KPIs and drive improvement initiatives to achieve performance targetsDesign and optimize the Division's supply network footprint to meet business objectivesOperational ExcellenceOversee daily supply chain operations including production planning, sourcing, quality, and EHS complianceManage new product launches from supply chain perspective, ensuring smooth ramp-up and integrationLead product transfers between manufacturing sites while minimizing disruptionBuild and maintain a resilient supplier base while tracking cost, delivery, and quality performanceCollaborate with Product Development and Product Management department to identify alternative supply components and drive modularization where possibleImplement strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize cost and supply securityDrive continuous improvement programs across manufacturing network to enhance environmental, health, safety and productivityShare best practices and create synergies between sites within the Division, and Business Area as appropriateLead the Supply teams to attract, engage, develop, and retain top talentFoster team building and drive competence development across the organizationYOUR PROFILEEducationBachelor or Master's degree in Engineering or BusinessExperienceOperating in production management for 10+ years in large organizations (100+ FTE), preferably multi-siteLeading Environmental Health & Safety programs and/or functionWorking in complex, interdisciplinary, cross-functional global teamsImplementing change management and continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)Delivering results on time with high quality in industrial manufacturing environmentsEngaging with technology applications in automation, electrification, and digitalization (preferred)Supporting ERP system implementations such as SAP (preferred)Working internationally (preferred)Deep knowledge of production management, sourcing principles, and supply chain processes (S&OP, etc.)Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluent English required, other languages an assetProven leadership and stakeholder management capabilitiesUnderstanding of employment law principlesBENEFITSSandvik offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:Health care (medical, dental, vision, prescription, and telemedicine) starts 30 days after hire.Paid vacation with up to 40 hours rollover.401(k) with 5% annual salary contribution + 50% match on the first 6%.Tuition reimbursement and career development opportunities.A diverse and inclusive workplace where innovation thrives.HOW TO APPLYApply online at https://www.home.Sandvik/en/careers/ for VP, Supply Chain and Operations - Rotary Drilling Division.Sandvik is an equal-opportunity employer.
