  • Planning, scheduling, and implementing activities for a seven-day weekly calendar, considering resident preferences.
  • Identifying residents' special needs and creating tailored activity plans.
  • Involving residents in planning recreation objectives and goals.
  • Fostering community engagement through activities and outings.
  • Creating a positive image and good relationships within the community, including press relations, promotional activities, scrapbooks, and displays.Qualifications:
    • Bachelor of Science Degree in Therapeutic Recreation or related field; certification as an Activity Professional preferred.
