Description As a technician, you will participate in calibration
checks and be responsible for training and leading teams of 10-15
people. Your duties will include fabricating complex assemblies
made of sheet metal, machined parts, and composite components, as
well as aircraft sheet metal repair, structural repair,
maintenance, modification, and component installation. You will
disassemble, repair, and fabricate complex structural items and
mechanical assemblies, and plan, lay-out, fabricate, and install
structural mechanical modifications and/or assemblies.
Additionally, you will be involved in the fabrication, maintenance,
modification, and repair of pressurized and non-pressurized
structures, external structures, primary load-path structures, and
operable control mechanisms. Wire harness and electrical component
mechanical installation are also part of your role. You will assist
and mentor other team members in understanding engineering drawings
and work instructions and must possess, master, and maintain
personal tools required to execute the work accurately and
efficiently. Responsibilities Participate in calibration checks.
Train and lead teams of 10-15 people. Fabricate complex assemblies
made of sheet metal, machined parts, and composite components.
Conduct aircraft sheet metal repair and structural repair,
maintenance, modification, and component installation. Disassemble,
repair, and fabricate complex structural items and mechanical
assemblies. Plan, lay-out, fabricate, and install structural
mechanical modifications and/or assemblies. Perform fabrication,
maintenance, modification, and repair of pressurized and
non-pressurized structures. Work with external structures, primary
load-path structures, and operable control mechanisms. Execute wire
harness and electrical component mechanical installation. Assist
and mentor team members in understanding engineering drawings and
work instructions. Possess, master, and maintain personal tools
required for accurate and efficient work execution. Essential
Skills Sheet metal experience. Understanding of C-130, FAR 25, and
MIL-STD-516 standards. Quality inspection and fabrication skills.
A&P license and FAA airframe certification preferred.
Experience with defense and commercial aircraft. Additional Skills
& Qualifications Must have a high school diploma or GED. FAA or
A&P Certified Airframe License is a plus but not required. 3
years of leadership experience in workflow management. 5 years of
sheet metal experience. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must own
personal tools. Experience with C-130 or similar airframe is highly

range for this position is $37.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility
