Description: You will be the Manufacturing Engineer for our team.
Our team is responsible for developing and implementing
manufacturing process plans for a variety of electronic, Cables &
Harness, and electromechanical assemblies. What You Will Be Doing
As the Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for creating
and implementing process plans, material specifications, and
process flows to ensure efficient assembly performance. You will
utilize your technical expertise to support manufacturing operators
and drive continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will
include: - Developing and implementing Manufacturing Plans for
electronic, Cables & Harness, and electromechanical assemblies -
Utilizing basic drafting and software programs to create process
plans, tooling, and support equipment - Providing technical
guidance and support to manufacturing operators - Applying lean
manufacturing principles to reduce cost and increase yields -
Investigating root cause of failures/defects and implementing
corrective action - Collaborating with team members to facilitate

Qualifications: - Bachelors in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical
Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related discipline from an
accredited college with previous manufacturing experience or no
experience required with a related Masters degree. Desired Skills:
- Data analytics - CCA manufacturing experience in accordance with
specification IPC-A-610 - Cable and Harness manufacturing
experience in accordance with IPC/WHMA-A-620 - Ability to interpret
electrical schematics and engineering drawings. - Excellent process
development and documentation skills. (MS Office) - Experienced
with visual based work instructions (creating and providing
feedback) - Ability to use CAD software (Creo and AutoCAD
preferred) - Leadership experience. - Experience in a Manufacturing

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated
with this position will be performed onsite at a designated
Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports
a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional
flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40
hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time
away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off
benefits. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per
