A full-time opportunity is available for a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in a dynamic school setting serving K-12 student populations. This role requires a professional licensed PTA to provide support across elementary, middle, and high schools. You will work a 37.5-hour week, Monday through Friday, offering therapy services tailored to the diverse needs of students in a supportive educational environment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver physical therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade. Travel between multiple school sites, supporting various campuses in the assigned region. Collaborate with school staff, families, and healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized therapy plans. Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with professional standards. Participate in meetings and contribute to student welfare and educational success. Qualifications and Experience: Current Florida Professional Physical Therapist Assistant licensure is required. Experience working in school settings, ideally across elementary, middle, and high school levels. Strong communication and collaborative skills to work effectively with educators, families, and students. Ability to manage itinerant responsibilities with travel between school locations. Commitment to fostering student health and development within an educational framework. Location and Schedule: Position based in Ocala, FL. Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
