available for a dedicated paraprofessional to support students in a
behavioral classroom setting at an elementary school in
Gainesville, GA. This role requires experience working in
behavior-focused educational environments and the ability to
contribute positively to student development and classroom
management. Key Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required
Associates Degree or higher, completion of at least 2 years of
college coursework (60 semester hours), or a passing score on the
GACE Paraprofessional Assessment Valid Georgia Paraprofessional
License Demonstrated experience working in behavior classroom
settings Compliance with district requirements, including three
conducted reference checks prior to interview Location:
Gainesville, GA, at a middle school with a specialized behavior
classroom environment Responsibilities: Assist with implementing
behavioral support strategies under teacher guidance Support
students social, emotional, and academic growth Help maintain a
positive, structured learning environment tailored to the needs of
students in behavior settings Collaborate with educators and staff
to develop and execute individualized instructional plans Monitor
student progress and provide feedback for continual improvement
Maintain professional standards in communication and
