Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A Speech
Language Pathologist (SLP) with expertise in school settings is
sought for a contract position serving middle school students in
Orlando, FL. This role supports students in grades 6-8, focusing on
speech and language development within the educational environment.
Key Responsibilities: Provide speech-language therapy to middle
school students, addressing a variety of communication disorders.
Collaborate with educators and staff to develop individualized
education plans (IEPs). Track student progress and maintain
detailed documentation. May involve itinerant service delivery
depending on the schedule and assignment. Qualifications: Valid
Florida State license for Speech Language Pathology. Certificate of
Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA. Masters degree in
Speech-Pathology, Communication Science Disorders, or a related
field. Experience working with children aged 6 to 14 preferred.
Position Details: Location: Orlando, FL, Middle School level.
Contract duration: January 28, 2026, through May 29, 2026.
Full-Time (35 hours per week) and Part-Time (approximately 17.5
hours per week) options available. The part-time role may require
itinerant services between two schools. Additional Information:
