This role focuses on performing routine vehicle maintenance and light repairs while ensuring top-quality service and customer satisfaction. The tech will leverage state-of-the-art tools and technologies in alignment with Cox Automotive’s commitment to excellence. A $1500 tools bonus is offered to equip our new hires with the best resources for success. Perform routine vehicle maintenance and light repairs such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements. Inspect various systems and components of cars and small trucks to ensure they operate efficiently. Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot issues and maintain vehicle operational standards. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures. Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients to provide high levels of customer service. Log all work and repairs accurately in the maintenance database. Proficient in the use of various hand tools and automotive diagnostic equipment. Strong understanding of automotive systems and components. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and customer service skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k ASE Certification preferred but not required.
