Job Description Job Description Packaging Maintenance Technician LEAD Staffing Job Title : Packaging Maintenance Technician Position Type: Full-Time, Contract-to-Hire Location: Lakeland, FL Summary : LEAD Staffing is currently looking for a Packaging Maintenance Techncian for our client in the Lakeland area. In this role, you will perform maintenance activities on packaging equipment for this food and beverage company. We are currently hiring for both first and second shift. This is a CONTRACT -TO-HIRE role that is available immediately. Responsibilities: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain beverage packaging machinery to support daily production. Perform routine and preventative maintenance on mechanical and pneumatic systems. Diagnose equipment issues and complete repairs in a timely, effective manner to minimize downtime. Support continuous operation in a two-shift manufacturing environment. Follow maintenance schedules and document work completed as required. Qualifications : 3 years’ experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or production environment. Beverage and/or packaging equipment experience required. Strong familiarity with mechanical and pneumatic systems. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues independently. Dependable, punctual, and able to consistently report to scheduled shifts.
