membership at select locations. Overview The Assistant Controller
or Plant Controller serves as a key business partner to the plant
finance team, supporting all aspects of accounting, reporting, and
financial control. This role helps ensure the integrity of
financial data, supports decision-making through analysis, and
drives continuous improvement across plant operations. Key
Responsibilities Identify key levers to drive business improvement
and provide leadership to ensure the implementation of business
improvement opportunities. Determine, in conjunction with the
leadership team, targeted goals for performance measures such as
quality, productivity, delivery, cycle time, inventory
optimization, and profitability. Deploy business unit initiatives
and support daily reporting management, monthly forecasting, and
annual planning. Analyze data for decision-making, track
performance progress, and coordinate the capital appropriation
process and post-project reviews. Manage journal entries,
invoicing, and reconciliation of accounts for the monthly close,
while helping ensure completion of internal control requirements.
Perform job duties safely and efficiently and comply with all plant
and business unit financial reporting requirements. Perform other
work-related duties as necessary; some business travel may be

versus business cases, ensuring investments deliver expected
results. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting,
Finance, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of progressive
financial experience. Legal authorization to work in the United
States. Preferred: Experience within a manufacturing or industrial
environment. MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Accounting.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent
written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated
analytical ability and problem-solving skills. Self-starter with
strong interpersonal and influencing skills. Experience with cost
