Job Description Job Description LHH Recruitment Solutions has a Bookkeeper role open with our client in Orlando, FL. This is a contract to hire, onsite position . Experience Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments Perform bank and credit card reconciliations Process payroll and maintain payroll records Maintain daily cash balances and prepare financial reports Support month-end and year-end closing activities Assist with tax filings and compliance documentation Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate budgeting and cash flow reporting Experience 3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience Skills/Knowledge Proficiency in accounting software, and Microsoft Office Suite Strong understanding of GAAP and bookkeeping principles Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Solid communication, customer service, organizational and mathematical skills Education Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting strongly preferred Work Hours/Salary Range Monday-Friday - 40 hours per week $45-55K If you meet all of the qualifications above for the Bookkeeper position, apply today!
