Therapy/TLC Pediatric Therapy, we have a passion for working with
children - providing them Physical, Occupational, and Speech
therapies in a safe and fun environment. Our current openings are
for a pediatric Occupational Therapist in the Orlando area. We have
a position in clinic (Dr. Phillips/Millenia) and natural
environment (Conway/Dr. Phillips zone) as well as a 1099 contractor
evaluation only position. This position also has the opportunity
for professional growth and development. Team Peds/TLC Pediatric
Therapy offers both clinic and natural environment services. We are
also the largest Orange County Public School pediatric therapy
provider. We are licensed and registered to offer medically based
therapy services on campus for children with medical needs and

of Florida-Licensed Excels at Time Management Preferred, but not
required, for the therapist to have Pediatric experience and be
enrolled in Florida Medicaid/CMS Benefit Programs (W2 employees
only) Non-Tax HRA reimbursement valued at $200/month for an
individual health plan in your name and up to $400/month for a
family plan in your name Relocation Expenses : Out of state, or
more than 5 hours from TLC, employees relocating will be eligible
to be reimbursed up to $1000.00 in moving expenses paid on their
first paycheck. Professional and General Liability: Covered by Team
Peds/TLC CEUs Reimbursement : Therapist will be reimbursed up to
$1400 in CEUs during each applicable licensure period. Paid Time
Off (PTO): Team Peds/TLC provides a PTO program for W2 employees.
Paid Holidays: Team Peds/TLC observes ten (10) paid holidays.
Maternity/Paternity Leave: Employees on maternity/paternity leave
will continue to have their qualified HRA paid throughout the
leave. Employees will also receive $250 a week up to $2,000 during
the leave period. Vision coverage eligibility Dental (50% covered
by employer of base plan) coverage eligibility 401(k) match at 3%
of earnings capped at $3,000 annually, subject to plan terms.
